Tiffany O’Day first learned about the art of sales working at her father’s sporting goods company while she was still in high school. But her 25-year career in foodservice began at Schreiber Foods, where she gained experience across the food channel “trifecta” in international sales, national accounts and distribution. After a lengthy tenure at Schreiber, she moved on to Cargill where she served as a dedicated sales leader in national accounts. In that role, she also obtained a deep understanding of hedging and risk management in edible oils and the innovation/development process for custom dressings and sauce products.
Tiffany works closely with customers to get a clear understanding of their strategic perspective. She then takes advantage of a cross-functional team of Sargento experts to deliver insights and integrated custom solutions that align with that strategy and help customers achieve their goals. All along the way – from idea to execution – she takes a thoughtful approach in considering a customer’s operation, menu, and multiple factors that can impact results.
