Doug Marshall spent the first 18 years of his career becoming an expert in the commodities market at ADM. That experience helped him understand how markets work and provided a strong foundation for Doug’s current role with Sargento Food Service & Ingredients.
During the past nine years at Sargento, Doug has built on that foundation by becoming an expert at cheese – introducing his customers to new flavors, forms and consistencies that are compatible with their goals and operational constraints. Doug takes pride in providing customers with solutions that support success in new product or menu innovations.
Doug also appreciates the many ways Sargento helps him deliver value to product and menu developers.
